By using johnleestudios.com or buying from the shop, you agree to these terms. They may be updated now and then; the date at the top shows the latest version.
The artwork
Every piece is handmade and one of a kind. Colors may look a little different on different screens, and napkins and rocks have natural marks that are part of their character.
Orders & pricing
Prices are in US dollars. If a piece sells to two people at the same moment, the first completed order wins and the other is refunded in full. We may cancel an order if a price was shown in error.
Copyright & use of images
All artwork and photos on this site are © John Lee. Buying an original gives you the physical piece, not the right to reproduce it. Sharing photos of your piece on social media is welcome (tag @johnlee.elvis!).
Commissions
Commissions start once you’ve approved the idea and price [and paid the deposit]. John may share finished commissions in the gallery or on social media unless you ask him not to.
Limits of liability
The studio isn’t responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
